Variable Frequency Drive for asynchronous motor in vector control
HARSVERT-VA series VFD based on DSP technology integrate speed-sensor less vector control method.
1. Main characteristics:
Input current harmonic: <3% (comply with standard IEEE519);
Input power factor: >0.95(>20% load);
Output current harmonic: <2.5%; output DC component: <1%;
Efficiency ≥96% at full load(including the phase-shifting transformer);
Selection of the motor control mode:speed-sensor less vector control; speed close loop vector control; V/F control;
Speed sensor-less vector control: speed-adjusting range: 100:1; static speed precision: 0.5%; start torque: 150% rated torque; the response time of dynamic torque: less than 200ms;
Speed close loop vector control: speed-adjusting range: 500:1; static speed precision 0.1%; start torque:150% rated torque; the response time of dynamic torque: less than 150ms;
Auto re-start after the recovery of main medium voltage;
Fly-start;
Bypass the faulty power cell automatically( OPTIONAL FUNCTION);
Auto-tuning of the parameters for asynchronous motor's stator and rotor;
VFD will continue running in light failure;

2. Application
Characteristics of VFD in vector control: large start torque; fast response of dynamic torque; suitable to the heavy load. Start torque can reach the rated torque of 150% or more as per the requirement of the user. It is applicable to the following cases:
(1) Large torque at low speed: Lift, Mill, Conveyor, Kiln;
(2) Start at heavy load;
(3) Large load fluctuation with higher precision of speed-adjusting: Rolling mill, Wind tunnel, Compressor;
(4) Power grid with poor quality, such as the unstable voltage of power grid.
