Variable Frequency Drive for synchronous motor
HARSVERT-S series VFD supplies perfect speed-adjustment for the synchronous motor and accurate excitation current control for the exciter. It improves the reliability and reduces the cost of the retrofit by using VFD on synchronous motor.
1. Characteristics
Input current harmonic: <3% (comply with standard IEEE519);
Input power factor: >0.95( at the load of more than 20%);
Output current harmonic: <2.5%,output DC component: <1%;
Efficiency: ≥96% at full load(including phase-shifting transformer);
Bypass the faulty power cell automatically( OPTIONAL FUNCTION);
VFD will continue running in light failure;
Smoothly soft start with the start current of less than the rated current of the motor;
VFD can work well with the new exciter or the existing one of the user;
VFD can control accurately the excitation current of the exciter;
VFD can control automatically the excitation current of the exciter to reduce the heat loss of the motor.
